a) 用户注册功能

1. 用户首次进入APP需同意《用户使用授权协议及隐私声明》和授权定位方可使用NFC和扫码验真等首页功能,无需注册账号。

2. 若需使用EcoTrac会员功能,即“个人中心”功能,则需注册为EcoTrac会员,注册前需仔细阅读《用户使用授权协议及隐私声明》并同意,方可注册,会员功能正在持续更新中,敬请期待。

3. 当前EcoTrac允许用户使用手机+验证码登录、注册用户名或邮箱登陆、微信授权登录、支付宝授权登录等多种登录方式。

4. 用户注册登陆后,可自行选择绑定或解绑微信与支付宝的登录功能。

5. 第三方授权登录用户需绑定手机号或邮箱才可继续登录会员中心。


b) 功能使用手册

1. 首页分别有“扫一扫”、“加密图像识别”与“NFC”三个功能

a) 点击“扫一扫”功能可前往扫二维码与条码的全屏摄像头页面,首次进入该页面需授权“相机”访问权方可使用。若拒绝授权则背景为黑,需手动前往设置相机授权。相机画面内识别到一个码或多个码后会静止在当前页,点击“”按钮可在页面内访问对应链接。

b) 点击“加密图像识别”功能可前往扫加密图像的全屏摄像头页面,首次进入该页面需授权“相机”访问权方可使用。若拒绝授权则背景为黑,需手动前往设置相机授权。相机画面内识别到一个码或多个码后会以缩略图形式呈现在左上角,点击“缩略图”可在页面内访问对应链接。

c) 点击“NFC”后进入扫NFC页面,页面按A-Z英文首字母数序排列品牌验真渠道,最上方加搜索栏用于模糊搜索页面内品牌验真渠道。点击不同品牌的验真按钮,弹出弹窗提示用户用手机触碰NFC标签。识别到标签并判断真伪后,根据提示执行查看页面或返回上一页的操作。

2. EcoTrac的NFC验真功能仅供支持NFC读取功能的手机使用

3. 若识别到NFC芯片,EcoTrac将会对产品进行判别,返回真伪相关信息回复用户,若无法识别到NFC,则不会跳出“识别中”提示信息,请更换产品或标签重新检测。


c) 会员功能

1. 会员可查询验真产品的溯源信息,并将此产品加入个人中心的我的物品列表以供查看。

1. NFC无法感应?

答:请确认手机支持NFC功能

2. 什么是NFC?

答:近场通信,英语:Near Field Communication,简称NFC , 又称近距离无线通信,是一种短距离的高频无线通信技术,允许电子设备之间进行非接触式点对点数据传输,在十厘米、3.9英吋内交换数据。

3. 为什么我注册了,但是不能登录个人中心?

答:请查看绑定邮箱或手机号的验证码确认注册成功,或点击忘记密码处理此问题。

4. 为什么我的一直显示识别中?

答:请检查产品是否有物理损坏,若确保产品无损,并且其他手机能够识别,请延长将手机在NFC标记上停留的时间,若仍不能成功识别,请联系人工客服。

5. 点击“扫一扫”或者“加密图像识别”后,为什么我的页面一片漆黑?

答:请查看“设置”中EcoTrac App是否被授权使用相机。若未授权,请授权使用,后台关闭EcoTrac App之后再打开即可正常使用。

6. “扫一扫”功能里,为什么镜头里我有10个二维码和10个条码,但实际只跳出2个二维码和1个条码的箭头?其他码是假的吗?

答:因环境光线好坏、镜头清晰程度、码在镜头中呈现的完整度等各种因素,镜头不能确保一次性识别到所有的码,可以换个姿势再来尝试,也可能码是假的,但不表示码一定是假的。

7. “加密图像识别”功能里,我扫了半天为什么没有跳转?

答:识别到加密图像后,会在页面中跳出半透明的缩略图框,可点击访问。

7. 我用“美声防伪验真”的NFC渠道验真“Maxim Premuim”可以通过吗?

答:不能。因两者标签数据的加密方法不同,所以验真渠道是独立的。

1. Instructions

a. User register function

i. When users enter the APP for the first time, users need to agree to the "User License Agreement and Privacy Statement" and authorized positioning before users can use the homepage functions such as NFC and scanning code for verification. The account registration is not required.

ii. If a user wants to use the collection book function, the user has to register as an EcoTrac member, please read [User privacy and policy] carefully and agree before register.

iii. EcoTrac allows users to use the Phone number with verification code to log in, register user name or email with the password to log in, and other third parties’ login approaches.

iv. User can choose to bind and authorize third parties’ account login.

v. While a user wants to use the third party’s authorized account login to EcoTrac, the user has to bind their phone number or email address to continue.


b. User menu

i. The homepage has three functions: "Scan", "Encrypted Image Recognition" and "NFC".

a) Click the "Scan" button to go to the full-screen camera page for scanning QR codes and barcodes. The first time you enter this page, you need to authorize the "camera" access right to use it. If the authorization is refused, the background will be black, and you need to manually go to the camera to set up authorization. After identifying one code or multiple codes in the camera screen, it will stay on the current page, and click the button "" to access the corresponding link in the page.

b) Click the "Encrypted Image Recognition" button to go to the full-screen camera page for scanning encrypted images. When entering this page for the first time, you need to authorize the "Camera" access right to use it. If the authorization is refused, the background will be black, and you need to manually go to the camera to set up authorization. After one or more codes are recognized in the camera screen, they will be displayed in the upper left corner in the form of thumbnails. Click "Thumbnails" to access the corresponding links in the page.

c) Click "NFC" and enter the NFC brand list page. The page arranges the brand verification channels in alphabetical order from A-Z. A search bar is shown at the top of page which is used to search for the brand buttons on the page vaguely. Click the verification button of different brands, and a pop-up window shows to prompting the user bring the NFC tag close to the mobile phone until touched. After identifying the label and judging its authenticity, users can follow the prompts to view the page or return to the previous page.

ii. EcoTrac has NFC tag detecting function which only support the smartphone which embedded the NFC reader function.

iii. If the phone detected the NFC tag, Ecotrac will judge if this tag or product is branded or not, and give the feedback, user can tap the detailed button for more information online. Otherwise, the phone screen will alert the fault message.


c. Membership function

i. Member can add the branded production to the personal favorited list after authorized the product.

a. General Question

i. Why the NFC do not detect?

Answer: Please confirm the phone support NFC function first

ii. What is NFC?

Answer: NFC is near field communication; it is a short-range high-frequency wireless communication technology that allows non-contact dots between electronic devices to transfer data in 0 to 3cm.

iii. Why I can’t log in after I registered?

Answer: Please make sure you have registered successfully first, and you can also click forget the password to reset password.

iv. Why the detection keep going on without any result?

Answer: Please check if the product is physically damaged. When ensuring that the product is non-destructive, and other mobile phones can identify, please extend the time to stay on the NFC marker, if you still can't successfully identify, please contact us.

v. Why is my page black after clicking "Scan" or "Encrypted Image Recognition" button?

Answer: Please check whether the EcoTrac App is authorized to use the camera in the phone "Settings". If it is not authorized, please authorize to use it. After restarting EcoTrac App, it will work normally.

vi. In the "Scan" function, when I have 10 QR codes and 10 barcodes in the same camera, why only the arrows of 2 QR codes and 1 barcode were recognized? Are the other codes fake?

Answer: Due to various factors such as the quality of ambient light, the clarity of the lens, and the completeness of the code displayed in the lens, the lens cannot ensure that all codes can be recognized at one time. It does not mean that the code must be fake, you can retry to ensure that.

vii. In the "Encrypted Image Recognition" function, why didn't go to the content page after scanning for a long time?

Answer: After the encrypted image is recognized, a square frame will pop up on the page, which can be accessed by clicking.

viii. Can I use the NFC channel of “Maxim Anti-Counterfeiting Authenticity” to verify “Maxim Premuim” label?

Answer: No. Because the encryption methods for the label data of the two are different, the authentication channels are independent.
