用户使用授权协议及隐私声明
EcoTrac尊重并保护所有使用服务用户的个人隐私权。为了给您提供更准确、更贴心的服务，EcoTrac会按照本隐私政策的规定使用和披露您的个人信息。但EcoTrac将以高 度的勤勉、审慎义务对待这些信息。除本隐私权政策另有规定外，在未征得您事先许可的情况下 ，EcoTrac不会将这些信息对外披露或向第三方提供。EcoTrac会不时更新本隐私权政策 。 您在同意EcoTrac服务使用协议之时，即视为您已经同意本隐私权政策全部内容。本隐私政策属于EcoTrac服务使用协议不可分割的一部分。
1. 适用范围
a) 在您注册EcoTrac帐号时，您根据EcoTrac要求提供的个人注册信息；
b) 在您使用EcoTrac网络服务，或访问EcoTrac平台网页时，EcoTrac自动接收并记录的您的浏览器和手机上的信息，包括但不限于您的IP地址、浏览器的类型、使用的语言、访问日期和时间、软硬件特征信息及您需求的网页记录等数据以更准确为您提供移动标签识别服务。我们将在后台状态中读取您的浏览器和手机上的信息。
c) EcoTrac通过合法途径从商业伙伴处取得的用户个人数据。
d）我们会对接入第三方SDK进行严格检测，并对您及时公开说明接入SDK的最新情况。为保障App的核心功能正常使用，如微信、QQ、支付宝三方登录功能，一键登录和应用升级功能，三方SDK内部会收集您的ANDROID_ID等设备信息，具体收集信息明细可查看三方SDK隐私政策。EcoTrac应用不会收集您的任何设备信息。
第三方SDK隐私政策如下:

获取您的正确个人信息姓名、联系方式、信用情况以便更准确为您提供合理服务。
e) EcoTrac需要获取用于个人数据访问的设备权限：相机访问许可（保存和记录）、NFC读取许可（识别标签）、电话许可（发送短信验证码用于登录）、定位访问（用于判断切换不同地域用户使用的对应服务器）、储存权限（用于本地储存相机拍摄的照片及缓存信息等）。
您了解并同意，以下信息不适用本隐私权政策：
a) 您在使用EcoTrac平台提供的搜索服务时输入的关键字信息；
b) EcoTrac收集到的您在EcoTrac发布的有关信息数据，包括但不限于参与活动、成交 信息及评价详情；
c) 违反法律规定或违反EcoTrac规则行为及EcoTrac已对您采取的措施。
2. 信息使用
a) EcoTrac不会向任何无关第三方提供、出售、出租、分享或交易您的个人信息，除非事先 得到您的许可，或该第三方和EcoTrac（含EcoTrac关联公司）单独或共同为您提供服务 ，且在该服务结束后，其将被禁止访问包括其以前能够访问的所有这些资料。
b) EcoTrac亦不允许任何第三方以任何手段收集、编辑、出售或者无偿传播您的个人信息。 任何EcoTrac平台用户如从事上述活动，一经发现，EcoTrac有权立即终止与该用户的服务协议
3. 信息披露 在如下情况下，EcoTrac将依据您的个人意愿或法律的规定全部或部分的披露您的个人信息 ：
a) 经您事先同意，向第三方披露，如：隐藏码公司Digimarc Corporation (an Oregon corporation, having its principal place of business at 9405 SW Gemini Drive, Beaverton, Oregon 97008, USA)；
b) 为提供您所要求的产品和服务，而必须和第三方分享您的个人信息；
c) 根据法律的有关规定，或者行政或司法机构的要求，向第三方或者行政、司法机构披露；
d) 如您出现违反中国有关法律、法规或者EcoTrac服务协议或相关规则的情况，需要向第三方披露；
e) 如您是适格的知识产权投诉人并已提起投诉，应被投诉人要求，向被投诉人披露，以便双方处理可能的权利纠纷；
f) 在EcoTrac平台上创建的某一交易中，如交易任何一方履行或部分履行了交易义务并提出信息披露请求的，EcoTrac有权决定向该用户提供其交易对方的联络方式等必要信息，以促成交易的完成或纠纷的解决。
g) 其它EcoTrac根据法律、法规或者网站政策认为合适的披露。
4. 信息存储和交换 EcoTrac收集的有关您的信息和资料将保存在EcoTrac及（或）其关联公司的服务器上， 这些信息和资料可能传送至您所在国家、地区或EcoTrac收集信息和资料所在地的境外并在境外被访问、存储和展示。
5. Cookie的使用
a) 在您未拒绝接受cookies的情况下，在您使用EcoTrac APP访问第三方网页的时候，会在您的设备上设定或取用cookies ，以便您能登录或使用依赖于cookies的EcoTrac平台服务或功能，如：我的物品。EcoTrac使用cookies 可为您提供更加周到的贴心服务。
b) 通过EcoTrac所设cookies所取得的有关信息，将适用本政策。
6. 信息安全
a) EcoTrac帐号均有安全保护功能，请妥善保管您的用户名及密码信息。EcoTrac将通 过对用户密码进行加密等安全措施确保您的信息不丢失，不被滥用和变造。尽管有前述安全措施 ，但同时也请您注意在信息网络上不存在“完善的安全措施”。您可以根据个人需求注销已注册的EcoTrac APP用户账号，在App中首页切换至“我的”页面，登录账号后点击“个人信息”，进入“个人信息“页面后再点击“修改账号信息”，进入“修改账号信息”页面后，点击“申请注销账号”，即可完成账号注销。请注意，若用户注销后再次点击“一键登录”功能无法准确校验注销效果，请使用“其他登录”功能来校验。因勾选同意协议并且点击“一键登录“后代表用户同意系统为其快速注册账号，未注册则直接注册，已注册则登录已有账号。
b) 在使用EcoTrac网络服务访问第三方网站进行网上交易时，您不可避免的要向交易对方或潜在的交易对方 披露自己的个人信息，如联络方式或者邮政地址。请您妥善保护自己的个人信息，仅在必要的情 形下向他人提供。如您发现自己的个人信息泄密，尤其是EcoTrac用户名及密码发生泄露， 请您立即联络EcoTrac客服，以便EcoTrac采取相应措施。
若用户点击“同意”按钮并选择使用Ecotrac App即视为同意此协议上述所有内容。本协议最终解释权归浙江美声智能系统有限公司所有。
User manual authentication and privacy policy
EcoTrac will respect and protect all the users’ personal privacy. To provide more accurate and diversified service, EcoTrac has to follow this policy to use and disclosure to some third parties. However, EcoTrac will highly careful and strict in dealing with the information. Besides this policy, EcoTrac will not provide your personal information to any third party before receiving your authentication. EcoTrac will update this privacy policy when necessary. When you agree to the EcoTrac service use agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire content of this privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of the EcoTrac service use agreement.
1. Adaption range
a) Before you register for an EcoTrac account, you have to provide personal registration information;
b) When you use EcoTrac network services or visit EcoTrac platform web pages, EcoTrac automatically receives and records the information on your browser and phone, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language, Data such as the date and time of access, software and hardware feature information, and web page records you need. We need to read your browsing history from the backend system and your phone.
c) EcoTrac obtains user personal data from business partners through legal means.
d) We will conduct strict inspections on access to third-party SDKs, and promptly publicly explain the latest status of access to SDKs.In order to ensure the core functions of the App work properly, such as WeChat, QQ, Alipay three-party login function, one-click login and application upgrade function, the third-party SDK will collect your ANDROID_ID and other device information. For details of the collected information, please refer to the third-party SDK’s privacy policy. The EcoTrac APP does not collect any of your device information.

com.tencent.tauth (QQ: the third-party login service, please refer to "QQ Privacy Agreement")
Obtain your correct personal information name, contact information, and credit status in order to provide you with reasonable services more accurately.
e) EcoTrac needs to obtain device permissions for personal data access: camera access permission (saved and recorded), NFC read permission (identify tag), phone access permission (send SMS verification code for login), location access (used to determine the corresponding server used by users in different regions), storage permission (for local storage of photos taken by the camera and cached information, etc.).
You understand and agree that the following information does not apply to this privacy policy:
a) The keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by the EcoTrac platform;
b) The relevant information and data collected by EcoTrac and released by you on EcoTrac, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information, and evaluation details;
c) Violation of legal provisions or violations of EcoTrac rules and the measures EcoTrac has taken against you.
2. Information Use
a) EcoTrac will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless you have obtained your permission in advance, or the third party and EcoTrac (including EcoTrac affiliates) individually or jointly provide services to you, and After the end of the service, it will be prohibited from accessing all these information that it was able to access before.
b) EcoTrac also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information by any means. If any EcoTrac platform user engages in the above activities, EcoTrac has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user once discovered.
3. Information Disclosure Under the following circumstances, EcoTrac will disclose your personal information in whole or in part in accordance with your personal wishes or legal requirements:
a) With your prior consent, disclose to a third party, such as Digimarc Corporation (an Oregon corporation, having its principal place of business at 9405 SW Gemini Drive, Beaverton, Oregon 97008, USA);
b) In order to provide the products and services you request, you must share your personal information with third parties
c) Disclosure to third parties or administrative or judicial institutions in accordance with relevant provisions of the law, or the requirements of administrative or judicial institutions;
d) If you violate relevant Chinese laws, regulations or EcoTrac service agreements or related rules, you need to disclose to a third party;
e) If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, you should disclose it to the respondent at the request of the respondent, so that both parties can deal with possible rights disputes;
f) In a transaction created on the EcoTrac platform, if any party to the transaction fulfills or partially fulfills its transaction obligations and makes a request for information disclosure, EcoTrac has the right to decide to provide the user with the necessary information such as the contact information of the counterparty to the transaction. Facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of disputes.
g) Other disclosures deemed appropriate by EcoTrac in accordance with laws, regulations, or website policies.
4. Information storage and exchange. The information and data collected by EcoTrac will be stored on the servers of EcoTrac and/or its affiliates. This information and data may be transmitted to your country, region, or where EcoTrac collects the information and data. Visited, stored, and displayed outside of the country.
5. Use of cookies
a) If you do not refuse to accept cookies, EcoTrac will set or access cookies on your device when you access third parties’ webpages, so that you can log in or use EcoTrac platform services or functions that rely on cookies, for example, My property list. EcoTrac uses cookies to provide you with more thoughtful and diversified services.
b) This policy will apply to the relevant information obtained through the cookies set by EcoTrac.
6. Information Security
a) EcoTrac account has a security protection function, please keep your user name and password information properly. EcoTrac will use security measures such as encrypting user passwords to ensure that your information is not lost, abused, or altered. Despite the aforementioned security measures, but at the same time, please note that there is no "perfect security measure" on the information network. You can delete your registered EcoTrac APP user account according to your personal needs, switch to the "Mine" page from the home page, click "Personal Information" after logging in to the account, enter the "Personal Information" page and then click "Modify Account Information", After entering the "Modify Account Information" page, click "Apply for Account Deletion" to complete the account deletion. Please note that if the user clicks the "One-click login" function again after logging out, the account deletion effect cannot be accurately verified, please use the "Other login" function to verify. After you check the agreement and click "One-click login", it means that the user agrees to the system to quickly register an account for you.
b) When using EcoTrac network services to access third party webpage and conduct online transactions, you will inevitably disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the counterparty or potential counterparty. Please properly protect your personal information and only provide it to others when necessary. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially the EcoTrac username and password, please contact EcoTrac customer service immediately so that EcoTrac can take corresponding measures.
If the user clicks the "Agree" button and chooses to use the EcoTrac App, it shall be deemed to agree to all the above contents of this agreement. The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to Zhejiang Meisheng Intelligent System Co., Ltd.
